Only problem i had was that the car was booked in for MOT at 11.00. I delivered it at 10.30 but despite having no problems the car was not ready for collection until 17.00. It was not a major problem but it would have been useful to be kept informed.

Helpful staff and the cost was reasonable. Enquired about tyres as there is a leaflet in the waiting area stating that John Clark are competitive on tyre prices. But when I went home and done a comparison, they were £30 per tyre more!

The recent service took longer than anticipated due to necessary replacement of a worn tyre. The service team understood my need to have the tyre replaced the same day and arranged this for me. They also fit the service in at short notice.

The car was serviced as planned. It was plugged in to charge, which was helpful. When I went to take the car, it hadn't been washed or cleaned and the service person just apologised without giving any reason for this, which was disappointing
