Very happy with the sales rep (Lee Finnegan), although there was a delay in getting my car, due to parts needing to come from Germany. Lee was in constant contact keeping me updated.

I was very happy with my service on collection of my new car it was unfortunate they were running behind and i couldn't get the whole glass box experience but nonetheless my salesman Lee took the time to give me a demo of the car. very helpful

Found it difficult getting to speak with someone from BMW assist when trying to organise a hire car kept waiting in a queue on the telephone for 10minutes plus before getting through Mark in customer services at John Clark Dundee was brilliant ??
