The handover of the car was adequate, but not what was promised. The full BMW experience was not delivered, the car was handed over outside and not in the handover bay, because the previous customer was late and their car remained in the bay.

Enjoyable experience all round (apart from paying obviously!) with friendly and helpful service from sales exec Alastair Grant. Car was in immaculate condition, and brief overview given, as well as advice on apps to figure out how it all works.

Service carried out on time stated in an efficient manner. Mentioned nail in rear tyre and advised new tyre would be £234. Had tyre examined by tyre specialist and it was only the top of a nail stuck on the surface. No repair required.

Almost impossible to get through on the phone, unreliable call backs, key drop box and e-check = not good customer service feature in my opinion. Delay with lease company authorisation was passed back to me to chase up, or car would not be returned!

Purchased Approved Used BMW in mid-Jan-26. Discovered fault with driver's window on (11hour) drive home. Very specific problem to be fixed under warranty. I did not need to pay for a diagnostic video nor the repair work to correct the fault.

I cannot give 5 stars as the cost to replace a BMW homologated Goodyear rear tyre quoted at approx £270 from JC was easily under cut by approx £50 by ATS Euromaster, National Tyres and Asda Tyres. Overall Customer service (Craig Evans) was excellent.
